Staff was very nice, good price decent rooms

looking like new management and improvement to this place

Staff has good service. comfortable stay

Cockroaches in the bathroom. No hot water in the bathtub. No microwave. Broken double glasses window. Dirty bedsheets. Prostitutes lurking around. Drug dealers lurking around.

Upon arrival at the property, there were a shortage of keys, and we were told that we could only have one key to the room with two adults. Next there were no towels, soap or shampoo beds had to be remade before we could get some sleep. Everything was finally done by 11pm that evening. There were at least two visits by the local police department to the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone! Trust me when I say that the picture is very deceiving and as far as the hotel staff Day shift manager was quite rude and the night manager was none assistant

Ordered a room said they were available… I get there and the lady said they sold out. So I had to find a different hotel. They refunded my money on Tuesday

The 1st room they gave me was occupied or abandoned and was filthy. The 2nd room was bug infested and run down we left at 4am to locate another place to sleep.

Never again to dirty place and bugs bed😡😡

Okay going to a 2 star hotel, you're not going to have high expectations but I at least expect to ACTUALLY HAVE ROOM. First of all I got an email saying I checked in at 7pm when I did not get there until 8pm and when we get there they overbooked and gave someone else our room. Granted I called earlier in the day to confirm my stay so their excuse of the computer automatically overbooked is completely BS. Not to mention they charged us for our stay when we were only supposed to get charged when we checked in. When I checked my email again it said that we cancelled our stay (we did not) and it said we did so at the exact time we went to check in. So they canceled our stay the second we walked in?! The lady at the desk was absolutely no help and acted like she had nothing to do with the mistakes that were made even though she is the one I spoke to earlier in the day to confirm my stay. I'm just glad that we didnt live too far and even though it was inconvenient we were able to go back home to sleep for the night. Imagine if it was someone out of state and couldn't find a place to sleep for the night because of this hooible service.
