"Unacceptable conditions no shower be peaceful not sleep"

Location

The ceiling was leaking through the light electrical fixture in the bathroom was unable to even shower. Was told someone was coming to inspect it which never happened and my room was not even moved to a new room. Unacceptable conditions I should be given a full refund for my 2 day stay!!

Cockroaches ….. everywhere , stained sheets , every kind of bug in bathroom. Bathroom door doesn’t stay shut , smoking smell , staff was nice enough to refund but didn’t give a new room in the moment .

Desk clerk, was indifferent when I requested a room on the second floor. Room clean, but no soap in the dispensers and the towel/shower mat was dirty. this coupled with people fighting outside my room, loudly. disappointing to say the least.
