Great value, good shower pressure, heat worked good, well lit parking lot.

Stayed an extra night and wasn't given a new programmed card key, found out the hard way when I got locked out after going for food.

It was close to work.

There was no remote to the tv. Called staff and they said they would send maintenence. He came and said he'd find me a remote. He never came back. (Could tell he was on something). The sheets were stained and questionable to sleep on, the bed was very hard. It was run down, disgusting, and you can not depend on staff. Brought my son to the medi center the day after for an allergic reaction to something there.

It one of favorites places to get away from my adult children and grandkids. I love that they will accommodate if there's a problem with your stay.

I spend a day without towels in my room during the holiday. I had to wait for housekeeping came back to work.

My Heat didn't work and they wouldn't come and fix it, My TV remote didn't work and it was super cold all night

The location of the property is what I enjoyed the most

My first room was dirty like somebody was still staying in that unit. Next, my second room had roaches all in the bathroom

The check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly clean and I slept so good and peaceful. The manager had helped me times before she was also a very helpful and understanding person. I will definitely stay there again. Good job
