Room heater was not working. Trash in the hallway. Access card was not programmed correctly and had to be reprogrammed on the second day again.

deadbolt on door was broken, would pop open on opening the door and would not lock once door was closed. Heat/AC didn't work either.

Room was large bed was good. Ice was close and working Rugs on sides of bed was nice. Frig was clean and worked well.

Floor was dirty my bare feet were black. Burn holes in bedding. Had to ask for coffe cups and reg. Coffee. Only one waste basket. Water was not hot.

Helpful staff in reception

First room had an awful smoke smell, given a change of room. Second room had an awful cannabis smell, given a change of room. Third room smelled stale, BUT I couldn't risk a stinkier one!

the only good thing about this place is the location close to Plymouth

Building and facilities are old and in need of major renovation. Didn't know the place was in that bad of shape.

"Won’t stay at a Red Roof again."

The walls are very thin. The male guests in the next door had invited a lady to join them starting at 2.30am. They were all having fun but on our side of the wall we had very little sleep.
