The room needs a complete renovation. Doors were damaged, walls cracked, peeling wallpaper, floor needs replacing, and acoustic control needed.
There were soap and shampoo dispensers that did not work. There was no hand soap available.
USThe room was extremely dirty. We didn’t have a remote for the tv. The towels were gross. There was poop on the wall next to the toilet paper dispenser. Not enough water pressure and it was luke warm. No hot water. The security lock on the door was broken.

There was no tv remote
The beds were gross and not really able to sleep in them. Slept on the top of the comforter. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire. Holes in the wall and warped floor in the bathroom. Mattress were filthy. Missing outlet covers and mold behind the door. Staff did not want to bother with any of it.
