I could get a printed receipt. He said he eould email me and I received nothing. He said he could print one because I used Expedia. I would have to get one from them. Even tjough I paid with a credit card. I have never heard of this from a hotel. So, I could not check the charges or if it was the correct rate I was v goven online. Never again.

The management team was great. My checked in time was at 3pm; I was able to checked in two hours early.

The toilet was broken, seat laying on the floor entire time

To start, the room looked modern which was nice. Now the other.... had roaches coming up through the sink drain. Hole in wall next to the sink. Room smelled of urine, hotel is pet friendly. The lock on our door never worked, would not read the keycard. Manager had to come and let us in every time we wanted into our room. They never bothered to replace the batteries on the door lock during our stay. The mattress was as hard as a rock, although this is more of a preference thing for me.

The whole entire buiding was old with mold and cracks.. rust all over. The wood os totten and smelly. My keys didn't work so i had go back to the front desk like 4 times and they kept on changing the rooms. Finally when i was able to get in.. the wood floor looks like there was a murder in there. Bathroom light was all rusty .. mold in the bathtub.. no toiletries and only 1 towel. The bed tho was made. The tv wont change chanel. It was so bad.. i had to leave after 2 hours nap. Couldnt even take a shower. I went and book another room next door accross the street. This hotel looks nothing like in the picture on Hotel.com. Bad advertisement..bad support from Hotel.com and very bad for that price. I could have ask for a refund. Hotel .com should be asking for more recent pictures from hotel before advertising and supporting them or even better have survayors to go around. So bad..not recommended. It was a terrible experience.

We never stayed. After checking in we went to our room which smelt of smoke. Stale smoke. It was not tolerable. It also felt unsafe as there were drug users and strung out people in the parking lot. I immediately went back to check in and they did offer me another room. I could not stay in these smelly, unsafe conditions. I will say the staff was polite.

For personal preferences the bed was hard!! The floor was sticky with adhesive from some repair, but the showers was the main reason for staying there.

Good location, but run down, people yelling, fighting in rooms around me, felt unsafe
