In base all’esigenza era davvero ottima, pulita e funzionale

Magari sarebbe stato bello incontrare qualcuno da vicino della struttura ma sono stati cortesi e professionali al telefono per tutte le informazioni necessarie per il mio soggiorno.

Posizione ottima, non troppo lontano dalla Stazione di Chieti. Comodo il check in a distanza, il personale al telefono è stato gentile ed efficiente. La camera pulita, luminosa e comoda, in linea con le mie aspettative. Per la colazione viene lasciato un tagliandino per il bar, posto a 100 metri circa dal BnB, nel mio caso ho consumato un cornetto e cappuccino, secondo me sufficiente. Inoltre la struttura è vicina a molti supermercati e pizzerie.

La comunicazione con il cliente. Consiglio di migliorare il check in a distanza, inviando un messaggio a chi prenota, con tutte le indicazioni.

Alloggio pulito, buona posizione per le nostre esigenze. Gestori molto disponibili e sensibili alle problematiche improvvise, pronti a venire incontro al cliente.

Bagno molto piccolo e troppo buio, consiglio di mettere anche un tappetino per poter uscire dalla doccia senza allagare il bagno e rischiare di scivolare.
