Red Roof Inn Columbia, MO

The area was filthy, people were hanging around outside and it was noisy all night.

Front desk guy kept harrasing my kids for simply walking around and snacking by the vending machine not bothering ended ip insulting them and called police and kicked us out of the hotel and I have video proof

the room was nasty and the whole room need to be painted and update equipment plus those pictures dosent look like what they are posting it need ro be a crime fooling peoples thatthe rooms look like that

It was a ground floor room but... why were there so many 6 legged pets? Why was the shower spewing water on the wall above? The bed was comfy once the smell of smoke became bearable.

I can say it is inexpensive, but that is the only plus.

Good value for what I paid. Convenient location.

I did not stay long. I didnt like that my room did not have working electricity. I did not like that the room had been vandalized ( fictures riped off the walls, holes in the walls, exposed electrical wiring ) before it was offered for my family to stay in. I didnt like the "dead animal" smell that was in the room. I was also not fond of the bugs that inhabited the room i was offered. ( lots of bugs ). However, the receptionist was very polite and profeshional.

Total disappointment, the bed linen’s wasn’t clean so we went to store and bought a set to use, the toilet seat was broken when I went back to office he said his maintenance man was off, but the toilet seat had obviously been broken for some time. The entry door wasn’t secure you could see light around it. All the other motels were already booked so we were stuck

The place stinks, awful smells including cigarette smell. Dirty bathrooms with hairs and insects.

No one in office on arrival, but pleasant when we found them. Bare basics were fine. Rooms were clean, but property is older.
