The door appeared to have been kicked in at some point. The hinges were connected to wooden blocks that had been screwed into the back of the door. Also could not lock the door with the lock, could only flip the latch at the top for added security. Had to push the door reaaly hard so it would catch and stay closed. After returning to the room, the door was not latched and we pushed the door open without having to use the key. Im assuming that when our towels were switched out the attendant didnt realize they had not pulled the door hard enough for it to close securily.The paint was peeling in multiple places on the ceiling. There was constant traffic throughout the night/people walking around.

"Red Door Hotel "
