Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome.

"Good"

The water in the shower didn't get warm, let alone hot. That was one of two things i wanted. When i told them at checkout, all i got was, "we'll check on it"

"Last Red Roof stay.."

Close to interstate and other restaurants

Roaches in bathroom, stained, worn out linen, lavatory faucet broken, bathroom dirty, used loofah sponge hanging on tub...very outdated

While the staff was very welcoming and helpful; the building and room I stayed in is in extreme need of repair. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell of old smoke hit me. I immediately saw the very visible dirt on the floor and the build up of water from the room (humidity from unknown source). The peephole was covered with paper towel. I went back to office to have the floor mopped at least; a staff member came immediately to sweep and mop.

"Can’t believe they rented the room out!!!!"

This is the most disgusting hotel I ever booked. I am here from out of town for a graduation. Jackson police had to be called because the clerk didn’t want to refund my sister. Let the pictures speak for me!!!!
