Location was great.

Floors everywhere were sticky. Questionable clientele. Gave me a hard time about my dog. Toilet didn't work. Staff not approachable. Didn't feel safe there. Very low to nonexistent shampoo and conditioner.

Homeless BBQing in parking lot, woman smoking pot on balcony with bottle of Whiskey on the ledge… I drove up, my friend was up in her flithy room… told me to leave. Checked out called staff, wouldn’t tell me his name. Stated I wanted a refund, as they had called me saying they were “overbooked”…this place is a disgrace to be listed on BOOKING and is uninhabitable

The room was clean, and the tub, shower curtain, sink, and bedding all seemed relatively new which was surprising given the condition of the lobby and exterior.

The lobby had a horrible smell and was full of boxes. The exterior lights did not come on until almost complete darkness, which made it challenging to navigate the stairs at dusk. There is old furniture and grocery cart’s being stored by the stairs / elevators. The price was a gouge for graduation weekend at over $270 per night.

We didn’t even spend the night because it was so nasty and felt unsafe.

Dump. Non smoking room reeked of vape.
