Beds was not comfortable mattresses was smaller than a queen bed had a spot open for a microwave and refrigerator but it didn’t have one I called the front desk and asked and they said they didn’t have them in the rooms had to buy a cooler to keep drinks cold and could not warm up food

The guy at the front desk acted like he couldn’t give me a room unless I was 21 after I already booked thru the site and couldn’t get my deposit back if i cancelled also over priced

Room was clean, bed was ok.

Pillows were small, and very old. There was a lot of drug activity in the parking lot's, people with open carry weapons, it did not feel safe. There are several hotel options within walking distance that would be a much better choice.

It was close to my venue.

The place was filthy. I tried two different rooms. I could not stay. I left without have accommodations.

Will go back

Room smelled like B.O. No diet drinks in machines.

i didn’t like the customer service rude front desk staff, unwelcoming

Check in was not normal as previous times longer time to check in I was the only one in line and pre registered with a credit card still took 25 mins people came in and left because it took so long! No remote control and tv did not work this has been the second time I stayed here (this will be my last) that something did not work and the trash that hangs around don’t even stay there were loud and pacing all night this was a horrible experience and I will never stay at this one again! It seems more like an extended stay with trash!!

It was very bad, so I decided don’t stay there.
