Red Roof Inn Greensboro Airport

I just love Robin. Good customer service. She make sure you are taking good care of and happy there. I can tell when Maritza is here cause her rooms be so clean and can tell when the bed is change n bathroom been clean I just love her to cause she is the best. Nothing out of place or not clean. Both need a raise.

The front desk staff was great and we enjoyed our stay there for our trip.

Robin was very helpful and getting me checked in early as I arrived in Greensboro early the staff here is very nice very professional very polite very helpful. She even offered to have somebody carry my bags to my room before I decided to stay downstairs. The rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. I stayed here last week and decided I would stay again this week because I had a great day they offer a breakfast in the morning. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know. The rooms are well stocked with towels and rags and hand towels, and toilet paper and soap. I used to stay here years ago and the atmosphere around here is a lot better and I appreciate the above and beyond that the staff has given me the past couple of weeks. I will definitely be back and I do recommend staying here, especially if you have pets or you have friends that are going to visit you with petsI would give this place five stars

Some rooms didn't have ironing equipment

Bed was super comfy. Room was smaller than other Red Roof Inns. A/C Unit was smaller than average & it took a while to get cool. Microwave did not work. Expanded cable TV is false advertising it just had basic cable.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They were all extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. Robin went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
