"Will never use them again"

There was no breakfast. The location was convenient.

No smoke detector. Stayed three days and never saw house keeping. Had to go get our own clean towels. Electric socket didn’t work. The toilet seat fell off the first night. No coffee in room for the third day. Worse experience I’ve ever had.

Room 210 did not have a shower head that worked at 5 ft 1 in couldn't reach the shower had to try to fix it it was two-way high if I was handicapped I wouldn't be able to do it which I was and ask for a handicap room and also a first floor and didn't get it and I did that online air conditioning didn't even turn on correctly supposedly was on some sort of mode that you couldn't turn it so it would stay on and turn off and stay on and turn off while you were sleeping it was so hot in that room it was ridiculous
