Motel 6-Lincoln, NE

Kimberly, The front desk receptionist, very rude. Accusatory stating that we smoked in the room we had only been there 15 minutes and in no way were smoking. She comes, knocking on the door, threatening to make us leave. A manager above her, came in and saw that we weren’t smoking and said it had to be from the morning. I will never recommend somebody nor will we ever go there again. I don’t appreciate the treatment or the way she handled the situation.

Very basic but clean. Pack your own personal care items as non in the room. Beds pretty comfortable.

Ashley and the other manager were super friendly upon check-in. Room was clean.

NO BREAKFAST

We have stayed at this property before and had no issues, however, for some reason after pre-paying for the room through hotels.com when I checked in they asked for a credit card for incidentals and they would not charge it. After checking my bank statement they charged me $50 I called hotels.com and they said it would be removed. it hase been 6 days and still not removed. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

Noise transfer through ceiling and walls. Noisey refrigerator. Bath towels are thin and seem maybe old. I guess I got what I paid for. Probably a good thing people can still get a room for a low price.

I should have taken a better look at what the Hotel provided. Didnt have a coffee pot in the room. No shampoo just bar soap. It also dosent have a breakfast in the morning. Again i should habe read up on this. It was clean and the staff was friendly

Convenient location. Very clean. Staff is awesome. A little noisy this weekend with some odd guests or locals passing thru

Would of liked having a shampoo to shower.

Ashley gave a warm welcome and had actually read my special request. Yoselin was also helpful.
