A room to stay last min was clean

Standing in the cold. The key didn't work right .and id wish they had not made me stand and call the office to get help. The room far from where the first floor was .

The manager was very rude. They offered complementary coffee, but didn’t have any sugar or creamer. The coffee was cold at 7 AM. The rooms were disgusting long hairs all over the bathroom. The beds felt like you were gonna fall backwards when you laid on it.

Dirty,smelled of smoke and weed. Broken glass on floor,water on floor from ceiling leaking. Toilet barely flushed
