The location was convenient and easy to get to

The room smelled like stale wet cigarettes. There was what looked like white mold in between window panes. There is no temperature control in the room except a very very smelly air conditioner. It was very loud and people were yelling outside very late into the night. The bed spread was stained and had several burn holes. And half of the lights in the room did not work.
