Within walking distance to convention center, front desk staff are super accommodating, great value

Mostly other guests and them being loud after 1am and the hall smelling like marijuana very strongly

JJ was awesome at the front desk.

It was very dirty and the room was in disrepair. The housekeeper was sleeping on the couch in the lobby when there was clearly much to do. The beds were old and uncomfy. No conditioner in the room. Very loud.

Great price and location for visiting Columbus. Close to arena, downtown and basically walkable everywhere. Free parking was unexpected but made me happy :) it was close, just across the street.

Little bit outdated rooms and facilities. Old carpet and bathroom could use am update.

I already discussed my dislikes 3 times

Parking was very disappointing, no one at the desk, no breakfast and way too expensive for what I got.

Location - Close to conference center

Room was not well cleaned - you could tell it had not been swept or vacuumed. Everything was dusty as well. The carpet in the room was black from dirt! Only 3 towels in the room, even though I booked for four people. Also, they do not provide tissues, only give you a couple wash cloths, a tiny little bar of soap, no body wash or shampoo etc..bring your own! Bring your own toilet paper as well - what they provide is awful. Rooms are spacious, but when they say a double bed, it's a double bed - and NOT queen size. Also, coffee in lobby area is terrible - they only provide powdered creamer and no sugar alternatives. I sound like a hotel snob - I assure you, I am not - just giving you a heads up on this property so you know what to expect.

Location was great.

Easy parking, friendly staff, clean and quiet room, convenient location. Just right for our overnight stay.
