Booked a room, got a double instead. wish they would have informed or went somewhere else.

bathroom sink activation stopper did not work. It just kept filling the sink with water. They phone did NOT work at all. Lastly the cleaning staff kept waking me up, to clean my room when i speciffically asked for NO CLEANING SEVICE. They finally offered to change our room, on our last night there and at 10pm.

I just told you.

Nothing

Didn’t have the room that I booked but I was still charged the full price, the room smelled like dog poop, covers were to thin beds were not made up properly bottom part of the bed the bed cover was hanging on the floor and the T.V. And remote Did NOT WORK AT ALL… After all of this I was still not offered compensation. Called to the front desk by finding the hotels number from google b:c the phone didn’t work in order to to call the front desk and then I called 5 times and no one literally answered the phone at all and I know for a fact there is a person at the front desk.

Nothing after I checked in rooms had bugs

The bed bugs and cockroachs everywhere They place needs shut down cops was there when I pulled in the parking lot so they said they gonna me my money back but did not ..
