Absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke

If I could've found somewhere else to go, I would've! Within 15 minutes of being in the room, a roach comes crawling from behind the table onto the top of the table between the beds. The worst sleep I've had in a while.

The laundry gentleman named Mike He was the best employee there The nicest employee there.

The staff was rude, treating everyone there like they have drug problems. While I stayed there at this location they found 2 dead bodies in the same room not even 30 days apart. The police is constantly there at the property.

It would have been better if the people in the room next to us didn’t fight all night,

Check-in process was efficient, clerk was couteous, but property needs to be updated.

The fact that David Rose air conditioner caught on fire in room 122 and you moved him rooms because your facility has a room that’s a fire hazard I don’t know if you called the fire department which is protocol for any fire there is either going to be a lawsuit at hand or he will get a month free if that fire would have happened while he was asleep he could have died this is illegal if you kick him out I he will sue you you think you can just do what you want because you seen the mans homeless that’s not ok

Nothing they are a fire hazard but my friend is homeless so he has to take what he can afford

The hotel refused my fully paid stay because my wife made the reservation and she was not with me! So I had to pay a second time to get into a room. An hour later while I was asleep two men started knocking on the door and were insisting that I open the door and let them come inside to check my smoke alarm! Upon hearing that there was nothing wrong with my smoke alarm and that I was not going to allow entry under any condition they continued to bang at the door for another ten minutes before leaving under threat of the police coming. I called the front desk to report the incident and the desk clerk said that they worked for the hotel and were really trying to get inside because they suspected I might be smoking in the room! Nobody had been smoking and the lights were out! When I got up to use the washroom at night I saw a cockroach on the floor. I’m 68 years old and very well travelled This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. If you stay here and have a bad experience don’t say that you weren’t warned. You’ll be happier sleeping in your car!
