"waiting for refund"

The room was fine. There was a confusion between the innkeeper, myself and hotels.com. I had to cancel the second night, but was charged for it. The cancellation was authorized by hotels.com( I have the email) where it siad I would not be charged for the 2nd night. I am still waiting for the refund and have contacted the innkeeper on at least 2 occasions requesting it.
