Great staff, breakdast was pretty good. Room was clean.

Hard to find driveway

The room key worked, location was good.

One elevator was totally ridiculous and then it was out of order for awhile. We are elderly and had to walk 3 flights of stairs which was not good. No vending machines. Just was not a good experience.

My daughter, granddaughter and I checked in about 5:15 Saturday September 27th. We got settled and walked over to MOD Pizza for dinner then to Aldi’s. When we got back we put a few things in the frig. and went to give our 26 month old a bath. What we found was a tub with mold around all of the fixtures, absolutely disgusting. It wasn’t until about 8:15 when sitting n the bed I noticed the pizza box. I took the picture and then took the box to the front desk. It obviously is an old pizza. The front desk was very rude and only offered 10% off. I was told we stayed in the room. Well, we weren’t offered another room. She said the hotel was full. SO, I’m guessing we were supposed to awaken a 26 month old, pack up our things and go look for another room in an area we are not familiar, over 2 hours away from home!? And if this hotel is full are the others? Seriously?? Very rude, passive aggressive staff at the front desk.
