Exceptionally friendly staff. Was really great to a very weary traveler and went the extra mile. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Great place right off the highway with lots of places to eat nearby.

The bathrooms were strange, sink in the rest of the room either a door to the toilet and shower than was pretty small.

The pool. I wish when I called in to ask if they had a pool, they would have said, "yes, but it's currently down" vs them saying yes, we get there and the pool is down until Feb.1st.

Great location. 2nd time staying there. Great place.

We stay at this facility every time we come to Ohio – to visit family – usually 2 to 3 times a year. It is always excellent service and very clean. This Thanksgiving we were traveling and we were even offered to enjoy some of the Thanksgiving food that was prepared and waiting in the kitchen area during Thanksgiving day – that was a very welcoming and very nice thing to do.
