Il Parco 2 by Quokka 360 - Cozy Apartment with Terrace

Perfect location and space for our working days in Lugano. The living room is luminous, with great view and a terrace. Nice combination of modern and classic furniture. Two rooms and two bathrooms give plenty of space. A reserved parking place is a major perk of this apartment.

Checkout is fairly early (10am) and guests are requested to take care of the rubbish - quite uncommon.

This was a good solution for our 2-night stay. While not quite as roomy as the photos made it appear...this is often the case when booking...we had enough room for the 3 of us. Had the weather been warmer, the balconies would have made the living area feel more spacious. I would recommend this place for 2 persons or 2 couples. And, there was a hairdryer in the master bath.

Everything was clean, apartment is beautiful and great location.

The luxurious aspect of the appartement and the unusual and very attractive decoration. We really appreciated the spacious terrace.

The appartement is located in a noisy environment. There is very little space in the kitchen thus the kettle, coffee machine etc.. were placed on the buffet in the dining room.

The location. It is not exactly in central of Lugano, that's why it is quite enough in the evening, however you can still go to Lugano see or Lugano central on foot.

To many pictures in the apartment. Some of them are a little bit creepy 😅

Location, comfort, cleanliness. My perfect place in Lugano by far.

The lack of coffee pods. 2 coffee capsules for 2 persons who have paid to stay there for a week is cheap. The bedrooms were very cold. But we managed by wearing pullovers. In reality, other yha this, everything was wonderful
