"Inexpensive stay but not worth the discount."

The room had been updated and it was clean.

The ceiling was peeling. The A/C was not working properly, we were hot all night. There is NOT a breakfast option. Coffee only.

"Bad business "

Upon my arrival the check in was pretty standard. I have a teacup Yorkie so I requested a pet friendly room. Once I received the key I proceeded to the room and once I opened the door their was an odd scent and also, the bed comforter was stained. I did reach out to the clerk at the front desk who only offered to change the sheets. House keeping came in and changed the bedding. I had and event so my spouse and I Left right after that. Once I return to the the room my wife began to take a shower and noticed the bathroom vent didn't work. I once again called the front desk and spoke to the night shift clerk who immediately moved us to the room next door. This room smelled fresh. The furniture in this room was not damaged or torn like in The previous room. My wife and I looked at each and decided this would be our to last time staying at Red Roof. At this point I had many questions.why did the clerk not change our room in the beginning when we informed her about the bad scent and the dirty comforter? That just common courtesy And also, I wondered if I had of been of another ethnicity would we have been treated this way. I have stayed at this red roof inn a few times and never had an experience like this . I be coming back to Clarksville for labor Day. But I not be staying at the Red Roof ever again.

your virtual payment was declined so I had to pay to have the same booking as I had paid on June 30th, 2025. Just disappointed with booking.com and I will never book through your shady website going forward. thanks but no thanks.

Management was outstanding but I had to pay for a reservation I had already paid for a week before, now trying to get my hard earned money back from your scam website. Never again will I use any website, trivago sucks and booking.com really sucks.

Love the House Cleaning lady The lady was so nice and generous and the Hotel Manger was Great also and the suite Was awesome , Big , Affordable & Clean ❤️ the area Is quiet with no junkies & Rachet loud mouth hooches !!! Love this place I highly recommended for Family or A single Person🏆❤️
