Hampton Inn Morristown

Construction in the lobby. Pool gate locked and not available for use. Mold in shower and shower door out of adjustment causing a puddle on the floor.

Rooms were spacious. Lobby was nice with seating area and coffee bar.

Was unaware of the pool was under construction, it was the main reason we booked

It was good, breakfast was very good. Had great selections. Though I only used it once.

The WiFi didn’t work most of the time, but that is understandable due to the hotel being under construction. All in all would stay again.

It’s in a good location.

This hotel has bedbugs! Horrible service, would not compensate for having to relocate, nor cleaning! Do not stay unless you want to be infested. Terrible customer service!! Also the air conditioning only works in the rooms, not the lobby or the hallways.

We have stayed at this location several times and in the past been very happy with our stay. This time construction was being done and the place was dirty and in our room the toilet didn’t flush correctly and the sink didn’t drain. We feel for the price we paid per night even with the construction it should have been kept clean. We won’t be staying with you anymore.

Parts of property being remodeled so there is a small amount of dusty debris only in the foyer. Workers very good about cleaning up after themselves. Otherwise the other areas, including room are tidy & clean. Had a good night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. Enjoyed a chocolate chip waffle in the morning.

Property is being renovated and will be fantastic when it’s done. It’s close to area we wanted to be. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would recommend even during their renovation.
