"Poor Service"

I made a reservation about 45 minutes prior to arriving at this hotel. When I arrived, I noticed I booked the wrong Hampton Inn in Morristown. I proceeded to go inside to cancel my reservation. Initially, the words exchanged were pleasant. As soon as I mentioned cancellation, the disposition of Brice noticeably changed. She instructed me to cancel it through the third party. I called that third party, and then they called the hotel. Brice spoke with them, and she cancelled the reservation. Very politely, I asked for a receipt for my records (business trip). Her reaction to my simple request seemed to indicate that I was asking for Rome to be built. She did provide a receipt. I thanked her, and I went on my way. There was no need for the attitude. I encourage you, Brice, to treat your guests better. I then went across town to the other Hampton Inn (Winners Circle Road). Jenn gave me a very warm welcome. It was nice to be received that way.
