Bed very uncomfortable and very low. Dirty room along with dirty showers and roaches running everywhere. No refrigerator. Towels smelled

DO NO STAY HERE. These pictures on the site are completely false.We rented 2 rooms during spring break for the weekend. Mar. 14-15. The rooms are dark, heavy smell of cigarettes, comforters dirty with easy visible stains in both rooms, a pillow had what look like blood on it!! Immediately saw roaches on the wall. That was only in the first 5 minutes. The front desk looks and smells clean. The rest of the property smells and looks really bad. I immediately did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. There were people working on a car right in the parking lot as if it was their personal driveway. The pool did smell of chlorine. The front desk did argue that we had the room for about 30 minutes and at first did not want to refund our money. He insisted that that he needed to check the rooms to make sure we didn’t lay in the beds. I was actually afraid to touch anything as I’m sure there would be bed bugs. Needless to say We did not stay at the property as I felt unsafe and it was disgusting. We later found out from a local that the city puts the unsheltered/ unhoused people there when they are in need of assistance. We didn’t get any pictures as we just wanted to get OUT of the room as quick as possible.

Mold and rust on shower tub section. Noisy kids, and guests, loud music, lots of foot traffic. Some guests live there. They were noisy, saw a lady with nine cats in her room.
