"Better service"

They cancelled without telling me i made this reservation 2 months ago they cancelled my room to hike the price n resell it leaving me stranded they said they sent an email w 1 hour to reply I was on a 2 hour plane ride I still got charged 100 for a room I never stayed in just to make money for a busy week when I did this month's ago way to go coorperate

Clean room correct under bed also if they remove towels replace them or swap them

"Smoke Shack Value Express"

No bugs thankfully. It was less expensive than other hotels

My room smelled like a smoke room. Horrible. The place claims it’s 100% smoke free but that room smelled like a cigarette smoke shack. There was even ashes on the carpet upon arrival. I told the hotel and they assured me that they are 100% SMOKE FRER and said they can come spray air freshener or I can pay $50 extra a night for an upgrade. I don’t want to be in a room that smells like cigarettes and air freshener or pay extra for something they already advertised (100% SMOKE FREE). I won’t be staying there again. If you’re not looking for a smoke shack to sleep in then you shouldn’t either. The place probably had no bugs because of all the people that had smoked in the room and made the bugs leave.
