"I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again."

It was supposed be 100% smoke free. The room smelled like a cigarette. The bathroom door didn't click in to close. The plug outlet at the mirror did not work. The sink was cracked and glued together. The air conditioner was loud and would kick on and sound like a freight train. No coffee, even at the office. It was after midnight and we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep so did not request to change rooms.

"I am totally against visiting another Red Roof Inn."

The Microwave worked.

The water in the sink dripped all night. When I turned the AC on, the smell of pets filled the room nearly chocking me. I had to turn and keep it off for the night. The room was absolutely gross.

"Awful. Horrendous."

The property is under new ownership. The clerk did not understand the new check in software resulting in a n hour to register I was assigned three different rooms that were occupied. After finally getting a room,the TV did not work and phone did not work. It was a horrible experience. I will not recommend this property to anyone for for.
