I arrived at night very exhausted. The night clerk Ian was so very helpful! Ian even though evening had an amazing greeting and professional acumen demeanor! He answered all my questions and quickly got me through check in. I came back several time for assistance and Ian again was there with a smile and super knowledgeable assistance! The hotel was super clean! My room was the best of any room I have stayed in over a year! The pool area and hot tub were all clean and amazing! My morning breakfast was amazing too with the Southern hospitality of the kitchen staff with a smile to help me! As I was checking out and loading my vehicle three different staff members shared a “Good morning” and asked if they could help with anything! Wow, what a team! The General Manager should be super proud of his staff and consider helping Ian move into management! Thank you for the much needed rest, yet most thank you for amazing staff and cleanliness!
