I’m embarrassed that I reserved a block of rooms for a family wedding at the chieftain in East Wenatchee! Rooms are run down, lights missing in the bathrooms, lost reservations,” pet friendly “ yet friends with a pet were turned away. Terrible customer service! My group didn’t have anything positive to say about their experience. This was a destination wedding for all of our wedding guests. Do yourselves a favor and find an Airbnb or find a hotel not owned by the same person

We picked this hotel randomly and we are so glad we did. All the rooms are newly remodeled. The outdoor pool was open and hot tub. Breakfast had a lot of good food. Heidi at the Front Desk was so friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very nice and it was clean.

It was conveniently located. The only downside was the trains that moved through the night kept me up but after I put on a pair of headphones I was OK
