Best Western Chieftain Inn

Great price, great breakfast, room carpet smelled & felt abit damp so bothered me . But other wise it was a good one night stay.

The staff are exceptional and friendly. Hope always asks if you're doing ok or need anything. The gentleman at the front desk is always friendly and easy to work with. And if I need something all I have to do is ask and he usually fixes it for me.

They're working on it, but it's just a little dated and worn out.

Property spells smoke and weed even though hotel is non spoking facility. Also hotels atmosphere felt like old

Easy to get to and a lot of restaurants around it..

The baby toilets. I almost fell every time I had to go.

nite Check in staff was great ! Bed was comfortable !! access to room from outside makes loading in luggage easy !

grouchy nite time check-in person............other guests above and next to my room were loud until 1:00 AM !! Guest above my room were jumping on beds ,playing tag, hide & seek were up until 3:00 am awake too early !! sounded like Elephants !! my sleep (what i could get) was interrupted by 3 loud bangs above my room in the middle of the night........(roll away bed being set up ? )

The pictures are very outdated of this property. Room key would not open to doors unless we went to get replacement keys for every use of the key. None of the outlets really worked in our room besides the one the TV was plugged into, whenever you plug something into an outlet it was spit right back out. I would not recommend this hotel especially for the price!

Very fast check in . No issues on site except the key didn’t work half the time . Comfortable bed mostly no complaints

The floor was horrible and not even flat. It felt like a very thin layer of carpet was placed on top of dirt. I felt bumps every time I walked on a carpet, which made me very uncomfortable. The carpet was wrinkled up by the door, and there were so many stains everywhere. The room was dark. The building was very old, and the breakfast area was very small. This place was like a cheap motel. I couldn't stand it and canceled my second night. However, the staff showed sympathy and was helpful.

The only good thing was the AC

We got there and Everything was dirty , hotel was run down , toilet seat was broken , smoke detector was off , sheets had wet marks and HAIR all over both beds and pillows ! Had to ask for an entire new bedding , had me making cleaning the beds at midnight instead of sleeping ! Tv wasn’t working but Maintenance did come up right away and helped fix which was nice but there was trash in the bottom of the beds .

Clean, comfortable. Easy access to town.
