Nice bathroom

The room has a lot of electric outlet but not even one outlet near the bed

It is a very beautiful hotel with a pool and gym on the deck. The free breakfast is nice.

When I arrived, they informed me there would be a 50% surcharge on all food deliveries. They said this was to encourage me to purchase from their hotel cafe, but the prices for their cafe were way overpriced. For example, a water bottle and a cheeseburger are nearly 1,000 pesos. They also put me in the wrong room. I paid for two double beds and was put in a room with a single bed and a double bed. They rectified this mistake only after I complained. Finally, they gave me a hard time about getting the free breakfast for my 5-year-old and 2-year-old, saying I was only allowed 2 people to have free breakfast. They did this for two days in a row before they left me alone from the 3rd day onwards.

First, I would like to thank the staff. I forgot her name, but she was approachable. Second, the room was good and clean. The location of the hotel is also convenient. Thank you very much. Have a good day!

Sadly, the internet connection was very poor. We were thankful for the breakfast, but we rated it as not good because we didn’t enjoy the food, and the variety was limited. I suggest improving the taste of the food and offering more choices.

The elevator was actually very efficient and the location

There were roach in the bathroom and the breakfast was ok very limited options nothing exciting
