The Front desk staff did not know my booking. My family was not able to check un right away. I provided the details and the booking confirmation # but it took them a while to figure it out.

The location is strategic but the breakfast did not met my expectations. The room has crawling insects like little cockroaches. The sink lavatory is not well polished. When I requested for housekeeping, only one bed was replace with bedding and my garbage wasn't picked up. The room smells really bad coming from the carpet.

Management crisis on housekeeping. Their staffs showed unwanted behavior, unfriendly and lacked of professionalism. In short, not accommodating.

The location is good although the rooms overlooking the main road are quite noisy (so is the aircon). Very close to Rizal park and about 20 minutes walk from intramuros. Good breakfast, the staff is helping arranging airport transfer via Grab.

The hotel looks and feels old, rhe deco, the amenities. Aircon super noisy, shower only fixed, electric plugs don't work (had to unplug the TV and the fridge as those were the only plugs functioning the room). Hotel policy is to give 2000 pesos deposit for probable damages, as we were there the last 2 nights we didn't have cash. Luckily it was possible by card. Also count extra time at check-out for the "verification" of the room and a ticket to be able to leave the hotel and release the deposit.

Very good hotel well located Rizal park American Embassy usual Starbucks and McDonald's or local restaurants. Also short walk to Robinsons mall excellent for food general shopping. Breakfast Filipino orientated to be expected but enough choice for other nationalities coffee good. Staff very friendly especially those working on the entrance to the hotel felt safe. Room fine came with safe mini fridge coffee making facilities bathroom good. WiFi free good connection rooftop pool/gym looked OK didn't personally use.

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen. Mc Donalds und Burger King in der Nähe, aber die einzigen Optionen zum Essen. Abends im Dunklen kann man gar nicht raus, da die Gegend nicht sicher ist. Selbst am Tag der Weg zu mc Donalds an Obdachlosen und einsamen Gassen vorbei. Das Personal reserviert, Baywalk nicht vorhanden, Lobby Muffig, Frühstück gruselig
