Sapphire Hotel Apartment

I have booked a single room with 2 cots for my family. I have asked for an upgrade and they have upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment without any additional charge. I appreciate that gesture. Also, they were flexible in checkout time. Their standard checkout time is 11 AM, I've asked them to allow us to check-out by 1 PM and they allowed, as there is no further booking on that day.

On day one, in one of the bedroom the AC was not working. On raising the compliant, first the property caretaker mentioned that the AC mechanic will come and attend and after sometime on further follow up he asked us to adjust with the non-working AC room and said that he will initiate refund partially, which we declined. We had to persuade them to change the room with fully functioning AC. The second day, There were no water in the bathroom. They said, there might be some air lock and plumber will attend it soon. On following up multiple times they got it sorted out and the water came. It took more that 1 hour for them to sort it out. Untill then we were not even able to use the restroom. The room is not that clean. There are lots of spots of holes made by cigarettes in the sofa and the dinning table chairs. And the cushion of those sofas and chairs were very dirty. It's may be ok for the travellers who just need to stay overnight checkout by the morning.
