Studio 6 Extended Stay South Bend Mishawaka South IN

There was no staff on duty We didn’t have access to towels or bedding there was no mattress for couch bed . 2 sets of towels for 3 people for 3 days. No things to use in kitchen no iron or ironing board. 3 people in queen size bed

If I could give a negative, it would be a -5. Coming in for the worst possible reason, a funeral, the expectations of the hotel, room, and service were to be as the reviews and amenities listed. The staff was unprofessional, there was sloppy hotel attire, the rooms were clean but had an awful smell, there were NO kitchen items, and the hotel itself smelled of marijuana. Upon speaking with (3) of the staff members when expressed my concerns, there were many different excuses given, the main reason being, that management recently changed to a different type of hotel that accommodates long-term residency. If I had been aware of this upon booking my stay, I would have chosen another hotel. As a business professional, there needs to be better policies and procedures for the staff as well as accountability to those staying at the hotel, not living.

Great stay. Good service.the place was clean. People were polite and courteous.definitely recommend the stay. This is a good choice for the area hotels.still have to write some more but really have no more to stay. It’s convenient located hotel

Dog droppings/cigarette butts all around entrances. Refrigerator sounded like a jet engine. Shower drain plugged.

It was close from my conference

I had a conference, so I reserved a room. When the conference was over I came to the hotel to check in. they didn’t have my room cleaned and ready. The lady started swearing and cursing F bombs. She gives me my keys without telling me my room number. She closes the front desk and tells me to wait. 30 minutes later, she screams at me telling me my room number is ready. I asked what was my room number, she said the number and then added “I think” at the end. Went to my room, all the chairs and tables were dusty. My bed was made, but there was tobacco ashes on my Lamp stand next to my bed. Again, this was my first time booking at extended stay, I believe other people’s experiences better. But for my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to people. But depending on your circumstances, staying or not staying, that’s decision you have to make for yourself. I was just disappointed.
