Truck was broken into; window smashed!

Charged the amount for my stay plus a $100 deposit but didn’t get my deposit back even though there were no issues when leaving

The front idea staff was very accommodating. One of our party would be arriving much later than the other and they were able to quickly change the name on the reservation. The downside was that no one from the from desk was there until the morning. I requested cookware (which was $39.99) and dishes (which were $19.99) but none of it was there. Thank goodness because those prices were ridiculous. Also there were roaches in the room: a few dead and one alive.

Worth the stay

Location was super close to work, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me get in touch with the Internet tech support, rooms had almost everything I needed (almost — see coffee maker, below), the elliptical in the small exercise room worked well, and was thankful for the available laundry room, so I could wash clothes while I was here for two weeks.

Unfortunately, the WiFi just wasn’t great — just never really got the best connection/speed, even after paying for the enhanced WiFi. Despite an hour-long, in-depth troubleshooting session with a very nice and extremely thorough tech support agent, and their knowledge of settings to adjust on a MacBook Pro, we learned that I was able to connect to the 5 GHz WiFi in the hall outside my room, but only 2.4 GHz inside my room, and the 2.4 GHz inside my room was suffering from not just slower speeds, but unreliable connectivity, creating buffering when streaming shows online and huge lag spikes when gaming on my laptop, which I enjoy doing in my personal time, especially since I was here for two weeks. Outside of that, I learned the hard way that the front desk closes at 10 or 11 PM, and it is unstaffed until sometime later in the morning, after I leave for work (I have to be at work at 7:30, so I leave around 7:10-7:15; work is just 10 minutes away). I learned this because my upstairs neighbor woke me in the middle of the night multiple times, just making noise in general, from stomping around as they walk (just THUD THUD THUD THUD … can’t you just walk like a normal human being?), to their dog running around from one end of the room to the other and occasionally barking (this place allows pets). I called the front desk to complain (it happened around 1 AM one night and 3:20 AM another night, and I have to get up at 6:00-6:15 AM or so). So when I called the front desk and got an automated message saying they were closed, I walked out there and noticed the metal window shade was drawn shut… I then went back to my room and tried to contact the property via the Booking.com app to voice my concern and have received zero response to-date.

I was frustrated that the security deposit was not clearly stated in the reservation, the door keys were hard to use, the fire alarm had no battery and kept beeping before I replaced the battery, and there was no one to take my key when I left. Do you not have staff at this facility?
