The room provided 4 walls and a roof. The property looks like something from 1970. For what the place makes, something like new curtains shouldn't be a big ask. Desperate need of upgrade.

"Decent, not bad but could been better. Clean up in hallways etc..."

The room wasn't ready so got upgraded for no charge from a queen to a king bed.

The long walk to the room, and not having the cooking utensils in the room and if needed them had to walk all the way back to front counter.

NO ICE MACHINE, NO BREAKFAST, except cheap plastic wrapped muffins & protein bars. Makes me NOT want to stay at Extended Stay as they are not all alike. We were VERY disappointed. Sell the exercise equipment & buy an ice machine…….
