Front desk was friendly and helpful

The rooms electric didn't work in the bathroom and the carpet and room smelled like a dog kennel

I like the fact they had a stove and oven, and a fridge

It was not clean and it smelled, stained comforter phone in room not working bed was horrible

It was dirty , I had to bring cleaning supplies just to use the restroom as well as the kitchen

Good location and good price, but that’s it.

Waited in an empty lobby for 5 minutes for a desk clerk. When she finally came out, she was rude and impatient. I gave her my ID and she immediately told me that she didn’t have the room I booked available, and offered me zero solutions. She blamed the issues on booking.com and was neither apologetic or helpful. Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this place.

The location is near lots of good and shopping

Firstly, I reserved a two bed with a sofa bed double room when I got there for check-in they told me my reservation can’t be honored because they don’t have that room so they just try to put me in a king room with a sofa bed once we got in the room the room was disgusting. It was filthy the pull our sofa a bed looked as if it hadn’t been clean since the building was built. There were literally condom wrappers on the floor in the room that they put us in terrible place to stay the staff act as if they were aloof to everything only offered 20% back on my stay and I did have small children with me would not recommend for humans
