The hotel was clean. They have coffee ready at the wee hours of the morning. The people are friendly.

Very friendly and helpful the staff is top notch

My bf and I stayed here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The hotel was located in the perfect spot, very walkable. The room was clean and very nice, great views. The staff was super friendly as well as the valet. I will definitely stay here again. Dossier staff thank you so much for making my birthday awesome.

friendly staff comfy room

Very friendly staff, quiet building at night. At the center of downtown Portland where you can pretty much walk anywhere and experience its culture, food, and art. Decent price as well.

Nice older hotel with nice rooms.

Overall, this hotel is nice and clean. There wasn’t anything super “special” about it though. I also stayed at the Royal Sonesta during. The Royal sonesta had a lot more character including a lounge in the front lobby.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was having problems staying cool and they moved us to another, better room with out any hesitation. Super dog friendly.

Great hotel! We liked the cozy design and the local art. It was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great food. The staff was very friendly, and the valet parking was an excellent added service. The location was convenient, but the staff also made it feel very safe, and the rooms were quiet. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to others!

Great location and wonderful staff. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The restaurant was nice as well and had no problem letting us play some card games while sipping cocktails before the dinner rush.
