The Room: The property smelled heavily of a harsh chemical disinfectant. The TV took 20 minutes just to load the channel guide and kept freezing. In the bathroom, our toilet backed up, the shower water took forever to heat up, and the shower curtain wouldn't close due to rust build-up on the rod. Service: Customer service was non-existent. I called the front desk three separate times to address our room issues, and no one ever answered the phone. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was incredibly weak, consisting only of coffee, muffins, and granola bars. I tried to make oatmeal, but the hot water dispenser was contaminated and filled with old coffee grounds. Save your money and look for a different hotel in the Arlington area.

Expect nothing, that's what you'll get! DO NOT EXPECT ANY LUXURIES!! No Blow dryer, no coffee maker or coffee, no hangers, no water cups
