Extended Stay America Suites - Arlington - Six Flags

It was amazing

I was called the day of my check in to tell me they couldn't fulfill my reservation. I booked months ago! I needed two beds, but because such short notice I took one bed and couch.

Estubo exelente el cuarto super comodo muy grande y limpio lo unico que pedi algo y no lo llebaron asta que fui personalmente y cuando recerve mes y medio antes no decia que la alverca estaba cerrada, pero dentro de todo estubo bien, si lo recomiendo,

Location and staff are cool. Some of the guests are rude, suspicious, and have no respect for other guess.

The bed mattress is very old. (Should have been thrown away years ago) It's old and filthy hard and very uncomfortable.

I like how much room there is for my 10 month old son who is using his walker, to actually have room to wonder around in it without running into any and everything. The kitchen makes it very convenient for making his bottles and keeping them clean and stored away. I would highly recommend this property.

The front smelled nice

The room did not look anything like the pictures we booked online and we were told that we could check in early, but we still had to wait until 3 o’clock. The room also had a pungent smell to it. It was not very welcoming. The kitchen was not stocked with any kind of dishes or utensils when online it said it would be there and all the cabinets were empty. Also, the cabinets and the refrigerator was falling apart. The AC unit halfway worked and did not get as cold as it should’ve. The whole outside of the property looks rundown. I definitely would not book here again. I just wish I would’ve gotten my moneys worth. Thennnn on top of that the breakfast was not breakfast. It’s literally JUST muffins ,granola bars, hot water for oatmeal and coffee. The pictures online showed a full corse breakfast like eggs and bacon and sausage or even danishes but it turns out it was all fabricated. I would not recommend this if you’re expecting it to look like the pictures because it will not. The employees were nice though, except for knocking on the door rudely when we had a late checkout.

Everything is great, but the stove is very very outdated and maybe a fire hazard and the bed is to hard. Other than that no complaints.

I love how easy it was to book the room and for such a good price as well. The staff is very kind and friendly as well as professional. They make it easy to stay longer than plan .
