"It's been the property not booking I made the reservation just fine"

Nothing bc I didn't get to even check-in. Mind you this is the third time this has happened to me at this location

That i was told to come back in 20-30 mins to see if maybe my reservation would be there then.

"The hotel was very dirty."

Nothing.

When we first came into the room we noticed that the bathtub water was running. We tried to turn the water off and it wouldn’t turn off. And then we noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t lock let alone shut all the way. We then noticed the mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The gap between the fridge and the counter had not been cleaned for awhile. We left and came back and found roaches crawling everywhere. We left and got our money back. I will say the staff was very understanding.

To be honest I didn’t like anything but the fact that sonic was there.

I didn’t like the fact that it was dirty. I had to worry about cockroaches. Room had a weird smell to it. The toilet kept clogging. Most plugs I was afraid to use because they didn’t work and sparkled.
