Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Everett - Silverlake

Our room reeked of dog pee with lots of stains on the carpets. We asked to change rooms and the second room smelt just as bad. The inner bedding had stains on the sheets, and there were nasty looking stains on the carpets. We fortunately were able to get a refund as the hotel was fully booked and was unable to accommodate to a different room. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Rooms not ready upon arrival at 1000 pm. Reception said they may not have been cleaned. Lobby and hallways very dirty. Puddle of urine in front of lobby. Decided not to stay. Reception said they would approve refund. Still waiting.

The room is dusty and stuffy. I have to open the window and turn on AC for a long time for a good breathe. The sofa bed is old, one side of fabric is rubbed, when we open the sofa bed, there are stains all over. The front desk said she does not have other room to switch so we end up have to put extra extra bedding and sheets to cover. The mattress condition is really bad,too. The area is noisy, there are some wield people stay there, too. The breakfast is ready cheap, just coffee, some bars and oatmeal. I won’t recommend this place.

This was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The hallways wreaked of wet animals, cigarette smoke, urine and body odor. The carpet in our room was badly soiled, stained and torn up. The clientele appeared to be transient as well. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

This place is gross, not clean, the receptionist looks like she just got out of bed. Walked around with no shoes. Not professional at all.

Access to the complex was easy and there was enough parking. The problem is when you enter, in the lobby the trash cans are overflowing with garbage. There is no staff at the counter to receive guests, and it takes time to get a person to assist. When we entered the room, it had a strong smell of urine that did not stop even when we left. In the place you could hear the footsteps of a person walking on the ceiling and the breakfast area did not look very hygienic. We chose that hotel for the breakfast, and we couldn't eat a single day, because we didn't feel confident in the food preparation processes.
