Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Everett - Silverlake

Enjoyed our stay friendly staff and nice clean rooms

I've stayed at quite a few Extended Stays in the surrounding areas, but I have to sat, when my husband and I needed to stay for an extended amount of tine it was the silverlake property and the employees that work there made our stay feel like the most like home. We've both loved it there and I can honestly say we've formed friendships with the amazing employees who run the day to day operations, that we value very much. We like to travel and have stayed at a lot of nice hotels over the years, but the Silver lake Extended stay, offers something no other hotel ever has. It truly feels like you're going to stay with friends or even family, not some random a hotel room. I can't even say I have favorite employees there, because I love them all! Thank you so much for all you do!!!❤️

Honestly the property looks worn and old and is kind of musty but the staff is amazing, they do what they can to keep it clean and looking nice. I’ve stayed at other extended stays and none have the heart that this one does.

Rooms were dirty. Sofa bed mattress was heavily soiled. Told receptionist she was not ready to change the room but offered sheets. When I brought the sheets to blood stain was on the mattress as well and my daughters refused to sleep on it. On the meantime shift changed and new receptionist (Desiree) when out of her way and talked to management and switched the room. This should have been done immense I brought this up to the first receptionist. All this took more than two hours to settle.

I suppose Extended Stay America in Everett met our basic needs, but - the hotel and room smell of pets - there are lots of guests with pet and they don't clean up after their pets in the lawn - staff was polite, but seemed miffed that I asked about "On the Go" breakfast I will pick someplace else next time.
