Please kindly note that the hotel will require a mandatory pre-authorization by credit card or by cash deposit upon check-in. For more information about the amount requested, please contact the hotel directly. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. For prepaid rates where payment has been taken prior to arrival, please ensure you present the debit/credit card used for payment upon check-in, otherwise another means of payment may be requested. All guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Pentahotels has a strict no smoking policy in our non-smoking rooms. If you choose to smoke in these rooms, you will be subject to incur a fine of up to 250 EUR. For security reasons, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay at our hotels. Guests aged under 18 can stay at a Pentahotel only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alternatively, they must provide a signed document confirming parental or guardian consent. This document should include: • Full name, date and place of birth, passport number, date of issue, and issuing office for both the minor and the legal guardian. • Copies of the passports of both the legal guardian and the minor(s). Failure to provide these documents will result in the refusal of the stay. Cleaning service is available upon request. A pet fee of €20 per pet per night applies.
