Knights Inn Lethbridge

I was staying for work. Reasonable value for the price. Restaurants are close. Bed could be upgraded as could the decore. Overall it was ok.

Convenient location

We had to ask to turn the heat on and get an extra blanket. Bathroom was in terrible condition. No face cloth in bathroom.

The room was okay, and the bed comfortable. However, the microwave did not work, nor did the tv. The checkout experience was odd: The lone front desk clerk left her post to go inspect the room, rather than just doing as is normally the case, taking the keys, verifying the there are not outstanding charges, and thanking me for staying there. Odd.

They had workers banging and making noise next to my room until 11 pm ridiculous on a Saturday night

Nothing beds were squeaky n springy They had lots noise n small TV's n felt uncomfortable there ..I wouldn't stay again

Garbage, ice maker didnt work refrigerator behind the ice maker was dirty. Not a nice site.

We were told to make sure to not smoke in this nonsmoking room. That's fine. We are nonsmokers. After being in the room for 15 minutes, we could not breathe as there seemed to be a cigarette smoke smell that became unbearable! We had to leave.

We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic.
