Amazing Hospitality: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special Touches: We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary cookies, as well as a beautiful complimentary birthday cake and simple decorations in the room! The Room & View: Our room was huge, exceptionally spacious, and boasted the absolute best view. Excellent Dining: In-room service was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic, wide variety of food choices. Convenient Beach Access: Having direct access to the beach right from the property was a massive plus and made the stay even better.

Check-in Delay: Check-in was delayed by an hour (we got our room at 4:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM). However, the management handled this beautifully by proactively extending our check-out time to 1:00 PM. A bit of improvement in guest management and housekeeping efficiency during peak times would make it perfect. Average Pool: The swimming pool area is a bit basic and average compared to the rest of the hotel's high standards (though having the beach right there easily makes up for it!). Tip for Future Guests: Just a heads-up to beware of bees on the balcony when you open the sliding doors! This is a natural environment issue rather than the hotel's fault, but worth keeping an eye out for.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The Food. I must say I loved the choice and quality of the food. The management and team are to be credited for culinary skills.

The location is a little segregated but still not too far from the batu Ferringgi beach and nightlife. Perhaps the rooms can do with a little upgrade,
