Breakfast and the quick response of the staff

Elevator, too few and there were some out of service

Reception/front desk/ housekeeping not responsive. Bbq night buffet was the worst I ever had. The staffs showed double standards to the guests.

Overall the room is nice and comfortable. Amaze with the breakfast especially the nasi lemak as it is very delicious.

Only the location and the traffic as sometime hard to turn out when want to go explore other attraction places.

I am very disappointed with the service and booking management during my stay. I booked a package through Booking.com for 5 rooms including breakfast. However, during walk-in registration, the staff informed us that only 1 room was in their system while the other 4 rooms were missing from the booking. We were asked to make another booking again for the remaining 4 rooms, which caused a very stressful situation and delayed our check-in until after 5 PM. The issue did not stop there. When we went to the cafe for breakfast, the cafe staff informed us that breakfast was not included in our booking. I showed proof of my Booking.com transaction and package details, but they still refused to accept it. They claimed that the Booking.com receipt did not mention breakfast inclusion. As a result, we were forced to pay an additional RM680.00 (RM68 x 10 pax) for breakfast, even though the package booked clearly included breakfast. This whole experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The package and service provided were misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra charges to customers. I sincerely request for an explanation and refund for the breakfast charges paid.

Clean rooms,great food,clean facilities like pool and fitness centre.

Lack of extra beds despite being on wait list for the same.
